The reason why it works is because every word contains the letter R in it, and, Hare is Hero, is Horus, is Halo, is Hail, (R & L are interchangeable) is Hoorah, Harry, Hara, Hera, Hira, Heru (Jerusalem) Ahura, (Ahura Mazda is Hare Krishna, is Hail Christ etc) Hare, Harem, Herod, Pharaoh, Hiram, Hiro (popular Japanese male name) etc etc etc….
In Egyptian theology Horus is the vocal chords, Osiris the Larynx, and Isis the lungs, when we employ our voice/ horus (the WORD of God) this is stimulating the throat chakra, the throat chakra has 16 petals, the Hare Krishna chant consists of 16 words – Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare.
This is the holy name of God Hari Bol. (Rock n Roll)
And who is Rama? The first expansion of Krishna, his brother, Balarama, Rama is the Ram or Lamb of God, Lamb is Lamp, light, Lux, or divine light. We are filled with light when we chant
