Terms & Conditions — Universal Truth School

These terms apply to your use of universaltruthschool.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. This work is operated by Santos Bonacci / Universal Truth School.

1. What we sell

The Site sells digital products — astrology charts, syncretic graphics, and music — delivered electronically, and services such as one-on-one chart readings booked directly with Santos. Physical goods and third-party products (for example books on Gumroad) are governed by the terms of the platform hosting them.

2. Payment

Payments for digital products are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, are in US dollars (USD). Your card statement may show a small currency-conversion difference set by your own bank.

3. Delivery of digital products

After a successful payment you will receive an email containing a secure download link for your files. Please:

Check the email address you enter at checkout is correct.
Look in your spam or promotions folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
Download and save your files promptly — links may expire for security.

If your download does not arrive or does not work, contact us and we will resend or reissue it.

4. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final. We will, however, gladly help if:

You were charged but did not receive your product, or
The file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described.

In those cases we will repair, resend, or refund the purchase. This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply in addition to these terms.

5. Chart readings

Readings are booked and scheduled directly. If you need to reschedule, let us know in good time. Readings are offered for insight and educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Licence & use

When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study and enjoyment. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the files, or share your download links with others. Copyright in all charts, graphics, music, and writings remains with Santos Bonacci / Universal Truth School.

7. Nature of the material

The teachings, charts, and content on this Site concern astrotheology, astrology, and the syncretic tradition. They are shared for educational and contemplative purposes. Nothing on the Site is medical, legal, financial, or professional advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

8. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Site and its downloads available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update products, prices, and these terms from time to time; the version posted here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
